Iyengar Yoga

In Iyengar Yoga, the focus is primarily on how to move the body and Pranayama breathing techniques.

Over 200 asanas and 14 breathing exercises are in symbiosis in Iyengar Yoga. The precise execution of each pose, using aids in some cases, is of the highest importance in Iyengar Yoga. Only in this way can the unique relaxing and therapeutic effects be achieved.

Transformation is not about creating a new life, it ́s about seeing life in a new way.
